Last night, Los Angeles hosted the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards; Game of Thrones broke a record, Julia Louis-Dreyfus gave an emotional speech, Sarah Paulson finally got herself a statue, and of course there was some flawless (and some not so flawless) fashion, which LLNYC cover star Tim Gunn had plenty to say about throughout the evening.

🇪🇬🏆 • #MrRobot’s #RamiMalek became the first non-white actor to win the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series award at the #Emmys in 18 years. #Malek, who was born to #Egyptian immigrant parents, won the award for his character #ElliotAlderson in the show. In his speech he said, “I play a young man who is, I think like so many of us, profoundly alienated. I want to honor the Elliots. Right, because there’s a little bit of Elliot in all of us, isn’t there?”
